Well it’s almost time again, time for Canadians to celebrate Thanksgiving. YAY! I love this time of the year and I’m excited to go home and eat everything in front of me 🙂 It will be bitter sweet though, as this will be the first family holiday without my beloved Omi 🙁 But I know she will be there in spirit raising a glass to all the family being together.

Love these pics especially Betty and Martha! The color photos from the 50’s make it seem so real, like going back in time.
I love coloured photos from the 50s, so nice to see what the clothes actually looked like (I can only imagine so far lol!).
love love love the Sisters at Thanksgiving, and then the younger set of sisters, one absorbed in her book (looks like a school reader). The smocked dresses! Memories of the ones Aunt Lil made for all us cousins (that of course got passed around).
The sisters at Thanksgiving is a pretty awesome picture. That is wonderful it brought up some memories of clothes gone by 🙂

Whan I watch those photos, I imagine that live was easier and much different. Smile of those faces are real, not like on the In….gram nowadays.
