If you are a regular reader of my vintage blog, you know that I have started a “vintage magazine cover” series for each month. It’s been really fun, to see what was popular topics and images on these covers from the 1920s to the 1950s.

Science and Invention, February 1928.The Cover is featuring a motor whip for ice skaters. FUN!!! and potentially super dangerous hahaha!

Some other highlights include articles on science in a “new” theatre and a page devoted to how to perform some simple magic tricks!

Ideal Home-February 1951, “Small Homes Edition”.

This magazine which can be purchased in it’s entirety on ETSY, is filled with loads of Vintage Home Inspiration & Advertising. This is a great look into early 1950s home decor.
